Curious
At the Curious Level, you'll embark on a gentle introduction to the world of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with a 45-minute Parent and Child Session. Together, you’ll be guided through a Mapping Session designed to help you understand how EFT can calm the brain and body. This session will offer a glimpse into the power of EFT and how it can support emotional well-being for both your child and your family.

Calm Kid Adventures:
Compass
The “Compass Level” includes three 30-minute Adventure Kid Sessions that encompass a Guided Mapping Session, Camp 1, and Camp 2.
In addition, you’ll receive a 60-minute EFT session designed specifically for parents or caregivers, which is part of our comprehensive Parent Toolkit.
To further support your child’s journey, we provide additional digital resources including the Camp Courage Discovery Map, Trail Journal, and the Calm Kid Adventure Guidebook.

Calm Kid Adventures: Community
The “Community Level” of the Calm Kid Adventure, includes six 30-minute Calm Kid Adventure sessions featuring a Guided Mapping Session followed by Camps 1 through 5.
In addition, two 60-minute sessions will be provided for parents or caregivers, which are integral parts of your comprehensive Parent Toolkit.
Plus, your child will receive digital access to the Camp Courage Discovery Map, Trail Journal and Kid Adventure Activity Book which includes the guidebook.
